You are the driver and commander of a 4 Passenger Yamaha Rhino on your own self guided adventure.   We
are surround by Tonto National Forest and some of the most picturesque forest service roads and we'll be happy to set you up with maps and detailed directions of excellent local riding areas to assure that your "on your own" Rhino Experience is a journey you'll never forget. We look forward to sharing a Rhino Adventure with you and your family/friends and we will be happy to book a reservation with a credit card deposit or offer gift certificates for your holiday gift giving pleasure.

Rhino Standard Rates

(Will accommodate up to 4 Passenger Seating)
From $150 per half day (4 hours)*
From $225 per full day (Sunrise/Sunset 7AM to 7PM)*
Overnight and Multiple Day Rental Discounts Available – call for details

*Rhino will go out with a full tank of gas – gas usage is billed at $2.50 per gallon (gas consumption averages approximately 1 gallon per hour).

Reservations
 
Making a reservation is easy as 1-2-3!
 
1) Contact us by phone or email to confirm availability for requested dates.
 
2) Provide Credit Card Information to secure reservation.
 
3) Payment can be processed by credit card for rental and insurance prior to pick up or you may choose to pay by cash or check at the time of pick up.
 
Security Deposit

Effective January 1, 2009 all Rhino rentals require a $1000 security deposit.  
 
All credit card security deposits will be in the form of an authorization, not a charge, and removed within a reasonable period of time (typically 2 - 3 days) upon return of the UTV in the same condition as when rented.  If paying for rental charges by check, security deposit will include the cost of rental and will be removed when the check clears.

 

Insurance

Liability Insurance
 
Liability insurance is required and we are proud to offer coverage by an industry leader, MBA.  Although all monthly premiums are paid by Verde River Rock House, our clients are required to pay a co-payment of $15 per day and a one time $3 surcharge.  MBA's Liability policy offers all authorized drivers Arizona State Minimum liability protection and $500 medical insurance for the driver only.  Please note that no passengers are covered by this insurance.  Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is available for an additional $4.95 per day and increases the liability coverage to $300,000.
 
Trailer Insurance
 
You are entitled to free use of a trailer with all rentals but the trailers are not covered by our insurance. All clients are 100% responsible for damage or theft, not to exceed dealer's cost of the trailer.  Please check directly with your auto insurance carrier as they typically include coverage for trailers being towed behind an insured vehicle (possibly subject to a deductible – verify this with your insurance carrier or agent).

Cancellation Policy
 
We fully understand that on occasion a rental reservation may need to be cancelled for various reasons and therefore we have implemented a very liberal cancellation policy.  Although this is our general policy, cancellations due to extreme weather conditions will be given special consideration.

  1. Cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable and will be billed from the security deposit.
  2. Cancellations within 7 days will be billed from the security deposit but a 100% credit will be offered toward a future rental if booked within 6 months.
  3. Cancellations greater then 7 days will be fully refunded.

We understand that vehicles will get dusty – but you are expected to return vehicle in a relatively clean state without excess mud and trash or you will potentially be assessed a cleaning fee.
